“Now when they had gone through Phrygia and the region of Galatia, they were forbidden by the Holy Spirit to preach the word in Asia. After they had come to Mysia, they tried to go into Bithynia, but the Spirit did not permit them.” (Acts 16:6-7)
"Catch us the foxes, the little foxes that spoil the vines, for our vines have tender grapes." (Song of Solomon 2:15) Why are the little ones highlighted? What does this exchange between lovers have to do with you and your communion with God?
We have to be radical against the attacks of evil. The quicker we cut them off, the easier it will be to overcome them. When the devil tried to contaminate the Lord Jesus through Peter, He did not worry about His friendship with Peter, but immediately and strongly rejected that sneak-attack. “Get behind Me, Satan! For you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men” (Mark 8:33).
