BODY – Task 2

According to your BMI results, you’ve just found if you are in a healthy weight or not. Don’t forget, excess weight can put you at increased risk of health issues. Working towards a healthier weight and keeping the weight off can help reduce your risk of health problems in the long term. Let’s look after the Temple of the Holy Spirit!

SOUL – Task 2

In the multitude of my anxieties within me, Your comforts delight my soul.” (Psalm 94:19)

Task: Make a list of all your anxieties and any other feelings that try to neutralise your faith. Write them down on a piece of paper. When you pray, ask God to help you to trust in Him and teach you to wait on Him patiently.


SPIRIT – Task 2

Continue practicing yesterday’s task, meditating on God’s word, first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Meditate on this passage today,
1 Corinthians 6:12-20.

Also, decide to read a book during the 21 Days Fast of Daniel. Find below a suggestion of books that will edify your spirit:
